Elizabeth Mountz and Jinghang Li recently were awarded the undergraduate recognition for impressive poster at the ADRD poster day! Their poster focuses on neural asymmetry in relation to working memory and markers of preclinical AD disease.

Hunsi was accepted to the Undergraduate Research Fellowships in Computational Neuroscience from the Center for the Neural Basis of Cognition (CNBC)!

Hunsi Jayaprakash, a junior at the Computer Science Department, is starting a yearlong fellowship this summer from the CNBC, a joint research and educational program through Pitt and CMU. She’ll apply her computational skills to enhance understanding of asymmetrical neurodegeneration and its relationship with Alzheimer’s Disease. Congratulations, Hunsi!
